Commission is credited to your affiliate balance the moment a KonstrakOS admin approves the referred contractor's plan upgrade request. There is no pending period for the commission itself — it goes straight to your available balance, marked as paid.
The referral is tied to the cookie set when the contractor first clicks your link. If they don't sign up within 30 days of clicking, the cookie expires and a new signup won't be attributed to you. However, if they signed up (i.e. created an account) within the 30-day window, the referral is captured — and you'll earn commission whenever they upgrade, even if that's months later.
No. There is a strict one-commission-per-organisation rule enforced at the database level. If you try to refer the same organisation twice, only the first conversion will be recorded. Self-referral is also not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually by the KonstrakOS admin team. Typical processing time is a few business days. Once approved, the payment is transferred directly to your registered bank account. You'll receive an email and in-app notification when the transfer is made.
Malaysian law requires us to collect your IC number for tax reporting purposes — specifically the CP58 form, which is issued to individuals who receive commissions or other non-employment income. Your MyKad number is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and is never shared with third parties.
